Distinguished guests, esteemed colleagues, ladies and gentlemen,

Welcome to the 16th Congress of ORL- Head and Neck Surgery hosted by Cambodian Society of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck surgery in collaboration with Preah Ang Duong hospital.

It is my privilege to stand before you today to open this important gathering.

I believe deeply in the power of shared knowledge and collaboration. This Congress brings together experts from across our region and beyond. First, we aim to share the latest advances in ENT and head and neck surgery—new techniques, technologies, and evidence-based practices that can improve patient outcomes. We are committed to capacity building, particularly in developing sustainable ENT services across Cambodia. We hope to address the unique challenges we face in our region—from resource constraints to disease patterns specific to our populations.

Let this congress be not just a meeting of minds, but a collaboration that will benefit countless patients across our region.
